We don’t put the technology on stage. In YERP it simply does its job: it reads the photo of a receipt or document, fills in what it can, and asks one short, plain question only when it is genuinely unsure.
You take a photo, and the paperwork is done. A person still approves, pays and signs.
The idea
Why should people learn ERP? ERP should learn people.
Most back-office software hands people a form and a manual. We start from the other side: what is the least a person should have to do for the work to be done properly?
Photos before forms
The main way in is a photograph. Take a picture of the receipt and the paperwork happens somewhere you never have to look.
A question only when it matters
If the system is sure, it finishes quietly. If it is truly unsure, it asks one short question in plain words, then gets out of the way.
People stay in charge
The software reads, suggests and prepares. A person still approves, pays and signs. The original document stays attached to everything it produced.
